This list is not exhaustive. I work in a psychodynamic manner and am interested and experienced in working with people who are often complex rather than medicalised labels which rarely reflect a person's breadth and depth.
More about me:
I work in the NHS as a Counsellor for depression and have had experience providing short to medium term counselling for staff and students through Craven College.
I have worked in and for the NHS since 1987.
I provide services to clients through Employee Assistance Schemes as well as individual contracts.
I believe fundamentally that good health requires attention to developing and maintaining sound mental health.
It has to start somewhere, it has to start sometime.
What better place than here, what better time than now?
